Engineering and construction consulting firms specializing in large-scale projects across various industries.

Services

Proposal Graphics Design, Infographic Creation, Typesetting, Bilingual Document Design, Layout and Content Structuring

Project Scope
Transforming Technical Content into Visually Engaging Proposals

Throughout my tenure as an in-house designer for engineering and construction consultants, I was responsible for designing proposals that met stringent client requirements. These proposals often involved large, cross-functional teams, including technical leads, business development experts, and project managers. As a result, I had to navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and a high volume of graphic elements, ensuring each submission was compliant, visually compelling, and technically accurate.

Collaboration was key in every project. I worked closely with technical teams and proposal managers to develop design strategies that aligned with the goals of various departments. By carefully analyzing RFP documents, I identified opportunities to incorporate impactful "hero" graphics and developed visual themes to clarify and streamline complex information.

For larger proposals, managing a high volume of graphics was essential while maintaining consistent branding and messaging. My design approach focused on understanding both the technical content and business objectives, ensuring that complex data was presented in a clear, engaging format. By utilizing infographics and thoughtful layouts, I was able to create designs that not only conveyed the necessary technical details but also resonated with stakeholders, balancing precision with visual appeal.
